Research Fields

My research   interests focus on using automatic theory, intelligent techniques (Artificial   neural network, Fuzzy logical reasoning, Support vector machine, etc.), metabolic   analysis and dynamic models, graph theory, etc. for fermentation processes   optimizations. The following bioprocesses are mainly considered: heterologous   proteins productions by Pichia pastoris; acetone-butanol fermentation;   glutamate fermentation; CPC productions, etc.
