Research Fields

Main research   interesting on these areas, Fermentation engineering, Industrial microbiology   and Food biotechnology,

1.    Biosynthesis   of polyols by metabolic engineering and synthetic biology, including:   1,3-propanediol, 3-hydroxy propionic acid, 1,2,4- butantriol.

2.    Exploring the   mechanism responsible for the excellent stress tolerance of industrial yeast

3.    Development   of functional peptides or foods by biotechnology.
