Research Fields

Main research   interesting on these areas, Synthetic biology and enzyme engineering,

1.    Biosynthesis   of polyols by metabolic engineering and synthetic biology, including:   1,3-propanediol, 3-hydroxy propionic acid, 1,2,4- butantriol.

2.    Exploring the   mechanism responsible for the excellent stress tolerance of industrial yeast

3.    Development   of genetic manipulation tools for engineering industrial diploid yeast

4.    Enzyme   expression, modification, and application.
